Terms and Conditions

1. About Us

MapLovin (MLV) provides professional services for managing online business listings and improving your digital presence. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Managing your listings on Google Maps and Apple Maps (including via Google Business Profile API and Apple Business Connect API).
• Optimizing your business presence on mapping platforms.
• Providing insights and support to improve location-based marketing efforts.

2. Client Relationship and Access Sharing

• Access Sharing: By engaging MLV, you provide us with the necessary access to manage your Google Maps, Apple Maps, or related accounts.
• Ownership: You are not transferring ownership of your listings or accounts unless explicitly required and agreed upon. Ownership remains entirely yours.
• Collaboration: You agree to provide accurate and complete information required to manage your listings. MLV is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect data provided by you.

3. Privacy and Data Use

• Your Data: All data you share with MLV (e.g., business info, listing details) will only be used for providing services. We will not sell or disclose your data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
• API Data: When authorized, MLV may access data through Google Business Profile API and Apple Business Connect API, limited to your authorized business locations/accounts. Data may include business details, reviews, posts, media, and insights.
• Security: We implement reasonable safeguards (encryption, restricted access, auditing) but cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Service Scope and Limitations

• Scope: MLV operates within the agreed scope of services. Additional requests may require separate agreements or additional fees.
• Third-Party Platforms: While we manage your listings on Google Maps, Apple Maps, or other platforms, we are not responsible for technical issues, policy changes, or platform decisions affecting your listings.

5. Fees and Payments

• Service Fees: Fees are outlined in your agreement with MLV. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Invoices: Payments are due as specified in your invoice/contract. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and updated business information.
• Respond promptly to information or approval requests.
• Comply with the relevant platform policies (Google, Apple, etc.).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• MLV does not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., rankings or engagement), as these depend on factors outside our control.
• Services are provided "as is." MLV is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

• By You: You may terminate the agreement anytime with written notice. Fees for completed/in-progress work are non-refundable.
• By MLV: We may terminate services if you violate these terms or fail to meet payment obligations.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• For Clients Registered in Vietnam: These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Vietnam. Alternatively, if both parties agree in writing at the time of dispute, the matter may be referred to the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC).
• For Clients Registered Outside Vietnam: These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Disputes shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under the SIAC Rules in force at the time. The seat of arbitration is Singapore, with one arbitrator, and the language of arbitration is English.
