Can I choose which actions run automatically?
Yes. Eligible automated workflows follow your configured policies. Keep selected actions subject to approval, inspect execution history, and pause automated work when needed.
Does automation cover every task on Google Maps?
Automation covers supported workflows, including eligible review responses and profile-change handling. Exceptions and tasks requiring additional judgment remain visible for your team to handle.
